Jericho Vermont, is a town in Chittenden County, located east of Essex, Vermont. On the Underhill-Jericho town line is Underhill Flats, one of the few villages in the state which lie in two towns.
Jericho is home to several historic buildings, churches, and the Jericho Center Country Store, noted as Vermont's oldest continuously running general store. Jericho is also famous as the birthplace and home of Wilson "Snowflake" Bentley (1865–1931), an American farmer who photographed over five thousand snow crystals.
