The Intervale Center is excited to announce the return of Summervale, a free summer festival in celebration of community and local food, featuring live music and family-friendly activities at the historic farmstead in the Intervale.
Summervale is a jam-packed, family-friendly, one-day festival on Saturday, July 18th from 4-8pm. Summervale supports the Intervale Center’s mission to strengthen community food systems by connecting people to fresh, local food, featuring values-aligned organizations and food producers, and centering joy and community in our food system.
Attendees can listen to local bands, including Hot Pickin’ Party, Sabouyouma, Diamond, and Hammydown. For the complete schedule, visit: Intervale.org/summervale. The schedule will continue to be updated leading up to the event.
Food and drink will be available for purchase by some of Burlington’s favorite local vendors, including Skinny Pancake, Maharaja Spice, Taste of Abyssinia, American Flatbread, The Pinery, and Lu Lu Ice Cream. Summervale will offer activities for the whole family, including a community tree planting, e-bike demos, educational activities, food tastings, lawn games, raffle prizes, and more.
