Today, under the stewardship of its newest caretakers, the property remains rooted in its past while embracing a renewed vision—one that brings together food, wine, and experience in a way that feels both timeless and alive.
This special evening will feature a guided wine pairing in collaboration with Owen Roe Winery, a respected producer known for crafting expressive wines that reflect both structure and place. A representative from Owen Roe will lead guests through each pour, offering insight into the vineyard, the varietals, and the philosophy behind the wines—creating an experience that is both educational and deeply approachable.
