Vermont Summerfest

The Vermont Summer Festival returns to Harold Beebe Farm in Dorset, VT on July 5 and runs through August 14.

horseCome and enjoy six weeks of top equestrian competition. Watch horses and athletes compete with exciting events in every ring.  Shop the onsite boutiques and enjoy lunch and a drink. 100% of the gate receipts benefits the Manchester Community Library and Dorset Equine Rescue.

Highlights for this years show include the MDO-sponsored $10,000 Open Welcome Stake every Thursday. Come early and stay for a while. Take in the $5,000 Hunter Derby ($15,000 during week 6) on Thursday afternoons, the $30,000 Grand Prix on Saturdays at 1:00 pm, and, of course, The Grand Finale of the Vermont Summer Festival - the $50,000 Grand Prix on Saturday August 13, 2016.

While attending the show, visit Manchester for some great shopping or grab a bit to eat at one of the local restaurants.
