• Submission Deadline: Please submit your foliage report by Wednesday each week to ensure it is included in our Thursday updates. Reports will be uploaded and refreshed every Thursday.
• Observations and Notes: We encourage you to provide at least 2-5 sentences for the Observations and Notes section. Feel free to add more details to paint a vivid picture of the foliage in your area. The more information you provide, the better we can engage with our visitors!
• Additional Content: If you have any video footage you’d like to include, please email us directly at [email protected], and we will ensure it is attached to your report.
• Links and Promotions: Feel free to include any URL links or promotional content in your report. We’ll make these links live upon publishing to help promote your business or event.
• Editing for Clarity: While we strive to keep your report as close to the original submission as possible, we may make minor edits for clarity or brevity to enhance readability.
• Previous Submissions: If there are Activities or Events from a previous submission that you’d like us to repeat (so you don’t have to enter them all over again), simply leave the field blank or note “Same as last week.”
