You're in for a treat with this beauty. Only minutes from Stratton and Bromley you can pick your adventure for the day! This house is also one of the few homes in the area where you can WALK to food, drinks and groceries.
Enter to a mud room and sitting area to shed all your extra layers and/or boots, hiking clothes, bikes, etc.
Following this, continue down the hall to your 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a TV.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a TV
Bedroom 3 has a full under twin bunk bed with a TV.
Bathroom 1 has a walk-in shower.
Bathroom 2 has a tub and shower combo. The W/D is also in this bathroom.
On the 2nd level you have your open kitchen, living and dining room area. This entire area has been recently updated and the kitchen has all the bells and whistles to cook yourself up a feast!
You also have a patio off of this level and there's a charcoal BBQ grill for your use (please be sure to pick up charcoal on your way!)
On the 3rd level you have a sleeping loft for overflow guests or for kiddos who would like to be up high and enjoy the view from above. There are 2 twin beds in this space as well as beanbag chairs and a large TV.
Outside on the grounds you have a front yard to enjoy and only about 200 yards away is the community pool!!! (seasonal) This pool is shared but there is RARELY anyone there so it's pretty much a private pool.
PLEASE NOTE: NO GLASS OR FOOD ALLOWED AT THE POOL.

We try to be as pet friendly as possible across all our properties. To be able to continue to do so we ask that you please respect the property, house and future guests. Please clean up after your fur babies and, should anything happen or if something gets soiled or damaged (we understand, things happen) please let us know right away so that we can address it appropriately.
Should our cleaners have to clean up excessive pet mess inside or outside you may be subject to a fee to cover their time.
