It features an expansive deck w/ Hot Tub and BBQ grill; a sauna, a kid game room with PlayStation 4; a large bar with billiards table, darts, 2 HDTVs, and plenty of seating for large families or groups and a well-equipped kitchen.

Guests have full access to the whole property during their stay, minus a locked linen/supply closet.
We are a strict NO Smoking and NO PETS home in order to maintain low allergens for our guests with allergies. Violators will be fined per our rental agreement.
After final payment and by the day of check-in, the guests will be sent their unique time-sensitive smartlock access code. The code will only be live at the stated check-in time until the time of guest departure. Early check-ins are rarely granted due to the need for our cleaners to have the time to prepare our home for your visit.
