Gorgeous,fully renovated Vermont Farmhouse in beautiful setting on 5 private acres, overlooking a 7 acre lake, just a few minutes from the amazing resort communities of Dorset/ Manchester, VT. Enjoy boutique shopping, great hiking, fine dining, swimming in spring fed lakes, winter sports, spas, the Dorset Playhouse and Weston Theater, horseback riding and so much more.

*1 hour to Saratoga Springs with its horse racetracks, dining, shopping and more
-1.15 hour to Woodstock, VT (rated one of Vermont's quaintest towns)
*1.15 hour to famous Quechee (Simon Pearce Glass, dining, State Park and more)
* 2 hrs to Ben and Jerry‘s in Waterbury, VT
* 2 hrs to Burlington, VT on Lake Champlain

From the kitchen a wide hallway will take you to the side of the house that faces the beautiful pond. An elegant "formal" Colonial-style living room with fireplace wainscoting and a large Master Bedroom with gorgeous en-suite bathroom (including soaking tub and super size shower), walk-in closet and beautiful views of the pond, mountains and trees await. Additionally there's a powder room and a laundry room (if you feel so inclined to do laundry). On the second floor you'll find 4 more bedrooms (3 with Queen beds, 1 with twins) and 3 more bathrooms. All of the bedrooms, EXCEPT the twin bedroom upstairs, have AC through Mitsubishi Cooling/ Heating Units.
