We are a husband and wife team, serving classic Thai dishes from mostly central and northeastern Thailand. We try our best to honor the ingredients and flavors one would taste if they were in Thailand.
Of our 20 or so dishes, we operate a rotating menu and serve only 3 dishes for the week. Offering a small menu allows us to keep ingredients fresher and concentrate on quality as opposed to quantity. We start preparing early every morning and are only able to serve what we make for that day. This means that
on occasion we run out of food before closing.
NOTE: Not all Thai dishes are spicy but the ones we choose to make here call for a lot of heat and we honor that. However, we do try to offer a mild version of at least one of the weekly dishes upon request.
