I’m Melody French, and together with my husband, award-winning Chef Mark French, we own and operate The Silver Fork Restaurant in picturesque Manchester Village, Vermont. While Mark is creating culinary works of art in his beautiful new kitchen, I run the front of the house and love being the resident Sommelier and Mixologist.
Speaking of beautiful new kitchens, we are excited to announce that we have just moved to a fabulous new location inside the old Mark Skinner Library in the heart of the Village. It’s like a rich layer cake of local community and literary history with a sweet mid-century modern ganache. (Did I tell you we love food?)
We have an International menu that we call “a Menu in Movement”. The Chef makes changes according to his inspiration, what is fresh at the market or what he finds in season, which means that I frequently update the menu with Chef’s inspirations and daily specials.
