Vermont.com Guide to

Baltimore

We Are
Vermont.

Baltimore is a town in Windsor County, in the Southern Windsor County region, created out of the southeastern corner of Cavendish because it was cut off by the long steep ridge of Hawks Mountain.

At just over 3,000 acres, Baltimore is one of the smallest towns in Vermont and is one of a handful of towns that has never had a Post Office or a recognizable village.
