Waterfront Park is a large regional park located to the west of downtown along the Lake Champlain Shoreline. This park is home to several large music and food festivals, with the Burlington Bike Path running along its eastern border.

The park is immediately adjacent to the Community Boathouse, the ECHO Museum, Lake Champlain Sailing Center, and can be accessed via College Street, Lake Street, and Penny Lane. Parking is available at the nearby Pease lot, and at the lots further North on Lake Street near the Skatepark. The Waterfront shelter near the Fishing Pier is closed permanently after the renovations that created Water Works Park in 2020.

PEASE LOT: May to October $3/hourly. Off-season November to April $5 Flat Rate (Sunrise to Sunset)
LAKE STREET EXTENSION LOT: $1/hour, year-round.
