Swing Noire at Peet Farm — Live Gypsy Jazz in Cornwall, VT
Join Vermont Roots Music Collective for the final show of our 2026 Peet Farm Music Series: an evening with Swing Noire, a gypsy-jazz swing outfit bringing the sound of 1930s Parisian cafés to a Vermont greenhouse.
When: Sunday, September 13, 5:00–7:00 PM
Where: Peet Farm Greenhouses, 2144 VT Route 30, Cornwall, VT
Cost: Free (donations welcome)
Swing Noire's sound draws on the Django Reinhardt/Hot Club tradition — driving acoustic guitar rhythms, upright bass, and soaring lead lines that make it hard to sit still. This is our third and final Peet Farm show of the season, capping off a summer of free outdoor music that's brought hundreds of neighbors together at the farm.
What to expect: an easygoing, all-ages evening on the greenhouse lawn, with room to dance if the mood strikes. Bring a lawn chair or blanket, and come early to grab a good spot — the setting itself, is part of the draw.
Vermont Roots Music Collective (VRMC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting live music by artists with deep roots in Vermont. This show is part of our ongoing effort to keep free, community-centered music happening across Addison County.
