This class is part of Butterfly Bakery of Vermont’s 2026 Pepper Patron campaign. Once a year, BBVT buys peppers for the year directly from small farms across Vermont and beyond. Through the Pepper Patron campaign, supporters help make that harvest possible while getting closer to the farms, the peppers, and the story behind every bottle.
