West Hill House sits one mile from Sugarbush's Lincoln Peak, close enough that the complimentary shuttle picks up at 9 AM and drops you at the base with ski racks for your gear. You can put your boots on at the B&B and be on the mountain without the parking lot scramble. They're running two midweek ski packages that actually move the needle on cost. If you've already got your Sugarbush/Ikon or Mad River Glen pass, stay three or more midweek nights and save 15% with code "ski". If you need lift tickets, their Ski-Pass package covers three nights plus four weekday passes - that's two days of skiing for each person in your group with code "Ski-pass". Neither deal applies during holiday periods, which is standard but worth noting upfront. The shuttle runs roughly every 20 minutes on weekends and 30 minutes on weekdays by request, and drops you back at the B&B when you're done. Cross-country skiers have access to Olé's and Blueberry Lake for Nordic skiing, usually with same-day ticket purchases available. The B&B's close enough to both Sugarbush and Mad River Glen that you can actually ski different mountains on different days without it becoming a production. For equipment, Mountainside Ski Service sits right at Lincoln Peak base where you can reserve gear ahead so it's ready when you arrive. Call (802) 348-2884 or book online with the appropriate promo code for your package.
