Chester

We Are
Vermont.

Chester Vermont has the time-honored appeal of a New England community, a population of just over 3,000, and a place on the National Register of Historic Places. Chester is home to a historic "stone village" that is unique to the region, with a number of substantial pre-Civil war houses built of native stone from local quarries.

Although at first glance Chester Vermont seems to be charmingly reminiscent of a bygone era, it caters to a decidedly 21st century public! You can enjoy a number of things to do here, including dining at a variety of restaurants, browsing unique shops and galleries, and a range of wonderful lodging in Chester and the surrounding region. Chester VT is located just minutes from Okemo Mountain and Mount Snow, and just 45 minutes from Manchester.
