Starting at noon on October 12 and ending at 8pm on Oct 13, 100 Candles Tattoo will host the 2nd AnnualRail City Tattoo Festival, at St. Albans City Hall. Tattoo artists and vendors from around the nation and world will assemble to demonstrate their artistic talents, tattooing attendees and sharing their inspiration and expertise with the public, community, media, and those interested in this burgeoning form of self-expression. Tickets are sold at the door for $10 for one day or $15 for both days. 

Last year, the show’s debut year, Rail City Tattoo Festival tripled audience forecasts with more than 1,500 attendees including families with children coming from eight New England states, six VT counties, and Canada.
