The 2025 WALK for SAFE and HAPPY Childhoods, PCAVT’s signature fundraiser, is a day dedicated to bringing the community together to make a tangible difference in the lives of Vermont’s children. Through the collective effort of individuals, families, and local businesses, we champion the cause of child safety and family support, raising awareness and funds that directly support our programs and initiatives designed to benefit babies, children and families. In addition to the WALK through downtown Montpelier, activities include live music, children's activities, car seat inspections, free food, awards and recognition ceremony and booths specific to children and family issues.

The 2025 WALK will take place on September 20, 2025 on the Vermont Statehouse Lawn in Montpelier, VT. The event begins at 9 am with the WALK heading out at 10 am. All other activities will take place between 9 am and 1 pm.
