Hillis' Sugarbush Farm & Vineyard is located near Lake Champlain in Colchester, Vermont, and on Butler Island, in the middle of northern Lake Champlain. In 2007, the farm's livestock operation was scaled-back, and the two vineyards were added. The winery received licensing in early 2009, and released it's first wines for sale in early 2010.
